Your list
Grow a list, then write to it.
Sign-up forms
Build a form, paste its embed code into your site, and new sign-ups join the list you choose. A welcome email can follow a few minutes later.
Sign-up API
Already have a form? Post the email and name to the sign-up API with a key made in Settings.
Import
Bring existing contacts in from a CSV or Excel file, or paste them. Anyone who has opted out is skipped.

List hygiene
Unsubscribes and bounces, handled.
Every recipient gets their own unsubscribe link, and mail apps can show their own Unsubscribe button. People who unsubscribe, complain or hard-bounce aren't emailed again, even if you import them later.
- Only subscribed contacts on the list receive a campaign
- A soft bounce only affects that campaign
- Open tracking can be turned off per campaign
- Clicks and opens from email security scanners are filtered out

What it doesn't do yet.
MagpieCRM is early access software, at version 0.9.23. So you know before you start:
- There are no automated flows or sequences yet. A form's welcome email is the only email sent on its own.
- A campaign goes to one list.
- There's no A/B testing of subject lines or content.
- The sign-up API always adds people to the default list.

Questions, answered.
How is email marketing priced on Magpie Cloud?
Per email sent, at £0.15 per 1,000. You choose a monthly allowance of emails, and plans start at £10 a month in total. There are no per-contact tiers and no per-seat fees.
Can I move my list from another email tool?
Yes. Export your contacts to a CSV or Excel file and import it into a list, mapping columns to email, first name, last name, company and job title. There's no direct import from other tools yet.
Can I use my own HTML?
Yes. Paste your HTML into the campaign instead of using the builder. Merge tags and the unsubscribe link work the same way.
Which email providers can I use when self-hosting?
Resend, Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Mailchimp Transactional, Cloudflare, or any SMTP server. You pay the provider directly.
